To report a damaged or defective product, kindly provide your full name and a photograph of the damaged item and send these details to info@blossomhealth.com.au. We will then contact you to discuss the possibility of a refund or a replacement. In some instances, we might request the return of the item before approving a refund or replacement. Please note that, sometimes, the cost of returning the item will be the customer's responsibility.
